Our platform helps clinics organize patient records, appointments, prescriptions, consultation history, billing records, and other administrative activities in one secure system.

Our services are intended only for doctors, clinics, and healthcare establishments that wish to use our software for clinic administration and management.

Patients do not purchase services, book consultations, or make payments through our platform.

Clinikadda is a technology service provider. We provide software access to doctors and clinics through a subscription-based model.

We do not provide medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, laboratory services, or healthcare services. All medical decisions, consultations, and treatment are provided independently by the respective doctor or clinic.

Online payments made through this website are only for the subscription, licence, or software usage fee charged to doctors and clinics for using Clinikadda.

We do not collect, process, hold, settle, or transfer payments from patients to doctors or clinics.

We are not a doctor-consultation marketplace, healthcare payment aggregator, medical service provider, or intermediary between patients and doctors.

Clinics using our software may offer their own branded website and appointment booking tools for their patients. Those interactions are between the patient and the individual clinic.

Clinikadda does not charge patients, does not list doctors for public consultation booking on the marketing website, and does not take a commission on patient consultations or OPD fees.
